Robert "Robb" Camardi

12/22/1958 – 06/25/2025

Robert “Robb” Camardi, 67, passed away peacefully at his home in Thonotosassa, Florida, on June 25, 2025.

Born on December 22, 1958, in Washington, D.C., Robb was the eldest of five children born to Nicholas and Mary Camardi. Raised in the Catholic Church, Robb attended Northwood High School, graduating with the Class of 1976 before enlisting in the United States Navy. He proudly served aboard the USS Saratoga, where he developed a deep respect for discipline, service, and punctuality—a quality he carried with him for the rest of his life.

Following his time in the Navy, Robb spent many years serving the public as a transportation provider in several communities. He was known for his loud, boisterous laugh and his inappropriate jokes, which he often delivered just to make things a little awkward. He had a unique sense of humor and a generous heart—someone who might make you uncomfortable and then offer you the shirt off his back.

Robb was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Mary, as well as his sister Joan and his brother Frank.

He is survived by his brother Michael, sister Donna, his beloved daughter Jennifer, his only grandson Miles, and several nieces and nephews who will forever remember his larger-than-life presence.

His family will honor his life privately.

If you’d like to pay tribute to Robb’s memory, please consider a donation to your local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post or a Veterans Crisis Center in his honor.
