Cremations of Central Florida

Daniel "(Danny)" Lunn

09/19/1983 – 03/28/2025

Daniel Lunn (Danny) 41, passed away on March 28, 2025, in Tampa, Florida. Born on September 19, 1983, in Bradenton, Florida, Danny brought warmth and energy into the world that remained with him throughout his life.

Danny was known for his outgoing spirit and kind heart. He had a natural ability to connect with others—always ready with a helping hand or a quick-witted joke that could brighten anyone’s day. His mottoes, “Do Work” and “Get down with the get down,” reflected not only his tireless work ethic but also his zest for life and determination to face every challenge head-on.

A person of many talents and passions, Danny found joy in working with his hands. Whether it was woodworking, carpentry, mechanic work, or construction projects, he approached each task with skill and dedication. He loved being outdoors—fishing in quiet waters, tending to a garden, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature. Danny’s enthusiasm for racing, cars and motorcycles was matched only by his love of scrapping and discovering new ways to repurpose materials.

Danny’s love for cooking brought people together around the table. His meals were more than just food—they were expressions of care and creativity that nourished both body and soul.

Family meant everything to Danny. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Hailey Lunn; mother Wendy Giese; stepfather James Giese; grandmothers Doris Richardson and Barbara Giese; brother Murray Lunn; sisters Sarah Stewart, Kymberly Giese, and Katie Giese; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brother and sister in laws from the Lunn, Stewart, Giese and Kiluk families.

Danny now joins those who passed before him: father Danny Lunn; grandfathers Tommy Richardson and Rick Giese and Lewis Lunn; and grandmother Nanny Lunn

Danny’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew him—as someone who worked hard, loved deeply, laughed often, and never hesitated to lend a hand. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew Danny and continue to inspire acts of kindness and strength.

Rest easy, Danny—your work here is done. We will always have you in our hearts and will never forget you.
