Denise Canul

Mrs. Denise Canul (née Del Rio), a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2026, at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, after a long and courageous battle with bone cancer.
Denise was born on November 2, 1968, in Liberia, West Africa.
Denise was a woman whose life was deeply rooted in her Christian faith, her family, and her love for others. Throughout her life, she devoted herself to caring for the people she loved.
She was a faithful wife, mother, homemaker, caregiver and elementary school teacher.
She had a natural gift for making people feel truly cared for and welcome, and she gave of herself generously and unselfishly to her family and to those around her.
Her faith in Jesus was the heart of who Denise was. Alongside her husband, Pastor Fabian, she dedicated much of her life to sharing the love of God with others and bringing people closer to Jesus.
She loved evangelizing with her husband, and she found purpose in sharing the faith that meant so much to her. Her devotion was not simply something she spoke about—it was something she lived! Her Faith in Jesus Christ was unshakable.
Family and friends were Denise’s greatest joy.
Denise and Pastor Fabian lovingly cared for her parents, Maria and Luis Del Rio, until their passing. Denise poured that same love and devotion into her children and family.
She cherished being a wife and mother and took great pride in caring for the people she called family.
To those she loved, Denise was a source of guidance, strength, compassion, and unconditional love.
Denise leaves behind her beloved husband, Pastor Fabian; their daughter, Debora; and her children, Shyann, (Tony) and Jerry.
She is also survived by her brother, Steven, and their children, Steven Jr. and Jasmine, as well as Jasmine’s son, Levi. She is also survived by her sister, Eunice, and her children, Sebastian and Krystal, and Krystal’s daughter, Nina.
Denise also held a special place in her heart for Angel and Orlando, whom she helped raise, and she loved them both deeply. She also loved her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews on Pastor Fabian’s side of the family.
Denise was preceded in death by her parents, Maria and Luis Del Rio, as well as her beloved nephew, Orlando Solano-Siles.
Denise Canul’s life was a testament to love, faith, family, and service to others. Her presence brought warmth to the lives of those around her, and her love will continue to live on through the family and friends she leaves behind.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
