Robert “Bob” Testino

Robert “Bob” Testino, age 80, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026. Born in Brooklyn, NY on July 12, 1945, he was the son of the late Domenick and Margaret Testino also preceded in death by his sister, Carol Testino. Bob was a deeply loved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and friend who brought warmth and joy to everyone who knew him.
Bob spent his career as a skilled welder, taking pride in his craft. Outside of work, he was an avid outdoorsman who truly loved boating, fishing and camping. He possessed a deep passion for music, finding great happiness in singing and playing his guitar for those he loved.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, of 60 years, Georgann Schloss Testino. His legacy lives on through his devoted sons, Robert Testino (Lori) of Tampa, FL, and James Testino (Catanna) of New Port Richey, FL.
Bob was a proud grandfather to Samantha Testino Chaban (Greg) of Hudson, FL; Marisa Testino (Chris) of Colorado Springs, CO; and Chance, Dante, and Shaylen Testino, all of New Port Richey, FL. He is also survived by his step-grandson, Rick Menendez, and his two cherished great-grandchildren, Josiah Testino-Webb and Elijah Green; sister-in-law, Eileen Garrison and great-nephew, Jayden Paschke. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and several friends.
The family extends a heartfelt, special thank you to the dedicated LifePath Hospice nurses and Dr. James from the Melech Hospice House for their exceptional, compassionate care during Bob’s final days.

Georgeann, I’m so, so sorry to hear of your husband’s passing. Was he sick for a long time or was this sudden? If I help you at all, please let me know. I would also like to meet with you for brunch. Are you familiar with Natalie’s on SR 52? We could meet there just let me know when would be a good day. Your husband sounds like a good guy and please know that he’s still with you, you just can’t see him, but I’m sure you can feel his presence. 🙏❤️🤗
