Jeffrey A. Dauphinee
10/14/1961 – 01/17/2026
Jeffrey Dauphinee, of Englewood, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on October 14, 1961, in Orlando, Florida.
Jeff lived a life devoted to God and his family and was known for his strong work ethic. He worked for many years as an electrical sales professional and later as an insurance adjuster, taking pride in supporting and providing for his family.
Jeff always enjoyed being by the water and made many memories on the boat over the years. After moving to Englewood, he embraced a simple life by the water and found happiness. He was funny and sarcastic, loved to stir the pot, and never met a stranger.
Above all else, Jeff cherished his family. His wife, Lorisa, was not only his partner but truly his best friend. Together, they shared a deep bond built on love, laughter, and companionship. Jeff especially enjoyed grilling for his family and found great fulfillment in bringing everyone together around the table.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Lorisa Dauphinee; his sons, Cory and Tyler Dauphinee; his grandson, Gavin Dauphinee; his stepdaughter, Shelby Carreiro; his son-in-law, Chris Carreiro; his granddaughters, Ella and Emilia Carreiro; and his brother, Mike Dauphinee.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Connell; his father, Randall E. Dauphinee; and his brother, Randall P. Dauphinee.
Jeff will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

We will miss Jeff so very much. We’re thankful he’s no longer in pain but so sad for his having to leave us far too soon. The memories of his kindness, humor, and generosity are a great comfort and we’re blessed to have had his friendship for so many years. Rest in peace dear Jeff.
I’m sorry to hear of Jeff passing. My earliest memories of Jeff and brothers was at Lake Silver Elementary. I can still see them in the carpool line. As we grew our lives went in different directions after high school. We reconnected in social media. I have enjoyed watching Jeff, Lorissa and family enjoy the west coast. My father was from Bradenton, so Anna Maria was a big part of my life. I always enjoyed his posts about Anna Maria.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family.
We enjoyed good times and many belly laughs in our adolescent days. Jeff came over for lunch a while back. I enjoyed reconnecting and introducing my wife to him.
Ride high old friend. Enjoy the still waters and sunsets above.
